Postpartum Nutrition| Quick + Easy Smoothie Snack Recipe

bananamangosmoothieToday I’m bringing a quick and simple recipe to you that you can seriously make in a pinch with just a few ingredients. It’s my yummy Banana Mango Smoothie that I make dairy free and with an added boost to support breast milk production.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup rice milk

2 tbsp. ground flax seed

Process

Step 1: Peel bananas.

Step 2: Place all ingredients into blender.

Step 3. Mix for 45 seconds until smooth

Step 4. Pour into glass of your choice and Enjoy!

So there you have it mama! This smoothie is quick with just FOUR ingredients and super yummy. Bananas provide a nice dose of potassium and with sweet mango there are no extra sweeteners needed! Plus support your breast milk production with a nice boost of ground flax seeds, which are rich in omega 3 and omega 6.
